Terms of Service

These Terms govern the READY STEP web and mobile services. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Service
READY STEP provides badminton cognitive and agility drills, including direction response, color decisions, and deception response. General training is available without an account; athlete features may require one. READY STEP is not a medical, diagnostic, or rehabilitation service and does not guarantee performance improvement.
2. Accounts and Google sign-in
You must provide accurate information and keep account access secure. If you choose Google sign-in, authentication is handled through your Google Account and Firebase Authentication. You may not use another person’s account without permission or transfer your account. We may restrict access where permitted by law if we identify a security risk or breach of these Terms.
3. PRO extension requests
A PRO extension request is an expression of interest submitted through an external Google Form. It is not a payment, service contract, or confirmation that access will be extended. The actual form will disclose its fields, purposes, retention period, and next steps.
4. Fees, purchases, and refunds
The current web service has no paid checkout. If we introduce a one-time purchase or other paid feature, we will show its price, contents, cancellation and refund terms, and applicable app-store rules before purchase. Consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Training safety
Use the service only after securing enough space, removing obstacles, choosing a non-slip surface, warming up, and considering your fitness and skill level. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or other unusual symptoms and seek medical advice when appropriate. Minors should train under a guardian’s or coach’s supervision.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service illegally, disrupt its operation, exploit vulnerabilities, automate unauthorized access, use another person’s account, infringe rights, or copy, distribute, or sell the app or content without permission. You may not reverse engineer or bypass security beyond what applicable law expressly permits.
7. Intellectual property
READY STEP names, logos, interfaces, software, drill designs, and content belong to the operator or their lawful owners. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change or temporarily suspend the service for operational or technical reasons. Material changes will be announced in advance through a reasonable channel where practicable; urgent security changes may be announced afterward. You may request account deletion and stop using the service at any time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law and absent intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for loss caused by your environment, health condition, carelessness, communications failure, or use contrary to guidance. Liability and consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law remain in force.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes follow the procedures and courts provided by applicable law. Contact: support@readystep.app Operator details must be completed before public launch.
