ACCOUNT DELETION

Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your READY STEP account and associated personal data. If you cannot access the app, you can still submit a request by email below.

Send a deletion request

Send the request from the email address used for Google sign-in. Include your sign-in email and, if available, your Firebase UID so we can verify the account.

How to request deletion

  1. If you can access the app, open Settings and select “Request account and data deletion.”
  2. Review the message and send it from the email address used for Google sign-in.
  3. If you cannot access the app, use the button below to compose the request directly.
  4. After identity verification, we will process the deletion and confirm the result by email.

Data that will be deleted

  • Your READY STEP account in Firebase Authentication
  • PRO trial application and start records stored in Cloud Firestore
  • Other personal data controlled by READY STEP and linked to the account

Deletion and retention

We begin the deletion process without undue delay after verifying the request. Information that must be retained by law is isolated for only the required period, and we will explain the reason when applicable. Removal from Firebase live and backup systems may take up to 180 days. Language preferences stored only on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.
